Mae Amgueddfa Wl\u00e2n Genedlaethol Dre-fach Felindre yn anrhydeddu&#8217;r fasnach wl\u00e2n a oedd yn doreithiog hyd at ganol yr 20fed Ganrif. Mae rhaeadrau, ffynhonnau a chestyll i&#8217;w gweld yn y rhan hon yn ogystal \u00e2 gwarchodfa bywyd gwyllt gwlyptir a rhai teithiau cerdded godidog yn enwedig ar hyd Ceunant Teifi.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wrth gyrraedd Llandudoch, ychydig y tu hwnt i Aberteifi, fe ddewch ar draws adfeilion abaty Tironesaidd sy&#8217;n wrthbwynt i adfeilion abaty Sistersaidd Ystrad Fflur ar ddechrau&#8217;r llwybr. Mae rhan o stori ei bywyd sy&#8217;n ymwneud \u00e2 Chastell Cilgerran (er bod rhai&#8217;n dweud bod y digwyddiadau rydych chi ar fin eu darllen wedi digwydd yng Nghastell Caeriw yn Sir Benfro!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi oedd cariad y Brenin Harri I (cariad menywod drwg-enwog) gan eni mab iddo &#8211; ganodd o leiaf naw o blant i bum dyn gwahanol. Trefnodd y Brenin Harri i Nest briodi Norman, Gerald o Windsor a oedd yn Gwnstabl Castell Penfro ac yn rheolwr ar hen deyrnas ei thad. Byddai&#8217;r briodas wedi&#8217;i threfnu yn rhoi pwysigrwydd lleol i reolaeth Gerald ac fe weithiodd yn dda iawn ar y cyfan.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ond un noson, daeth ail gefnder Nest, Owain, i Gastell Cilgerran a syrthiodd mewn cariad \u00e2&#8217;r Nest hardd. Gyda band o ryfelwyr, ymosododd Owain ar y castell a herwgipio Nest ynghyd \u00e2 dau o&#8217;i phlant. Dihangodd Gerald yn enwog am ddianc trwy&#8217;r twll preifat! I fyrhau stori hir, daethpwyd o hyd i Nest yn y pen draw a&#8217;i ryddhau a chafodd Gerald ei ddial cyfiawn trwy ladd Owain ar faes y gad.   <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column
